WHAT MAKES MATT THE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATE FOR STUDENT BODY PRESIDENT?

Matt’s extensive list of qualifications come from both his involvement within SGA and that outside of SGA. These experiences have made Matt a well-rounded student at TCU, with glimpses into every corner of the university and a deep knowledge of all the organizations on campus and how they create positive impacts. He wants to take his knowledge and experiences to represent the voice of all students using a platform centered around Affordability, Student Success, and Inclusion.

  • Been a member of Frog Aides, which is SGA’s Freshman Leadership Development Program

  • Represented the Neeley School of Business as an elected member of the House of Representatives

  • Served as a Member of the Elections and Regulations Committee

  • Served as the Chair of the Finance Committee, which funds all campus organizations

  • Served on the following University Committees:

    • Chancellor’s Committee for Admissions and Retention

    • Chancellor’s Committee for Intercollegiate Athletics

    • Traffic Appeals Committee

    • Sadler Repurposing Committee

    • University-Wide Testing Center Committee

  • Served as a member of Student Foundation, both as a Tour Guide and as a member of the Executive Team

  • Involved himself in Greek Life as a member of Beta Theta Pi and served on their Executive Team

  • Gained academic and professional development as a member of Neeley Fellows, which is the premier business honors program at TCU

  • Shown his TCU spirit as a Frog Camp Facilitator

  • Mentored underclassmen as a UNLF Peer Guide
